We collect information to provide seamless payout services, process merchant onboarding, fulfill legal KYC compliance, and ensure gateway security.

A. Account & Onboarding Information

Full name, business name, work email address, contact telephone number, business registration documents (GST, PAN, Certificate of Incorporation), bank account details, and director/signatory identification documents.

B. Technical & Transactional Data

API request logs, IP addresses, browser agent headers, webhook delivery logs, transaction IDs, beneficiary bank account details, IMPS/NEFT/UPI routing metadata, and timestamp logs.

02. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for business operational purposes and regulatory adherence, including:

  • Processing instant payout requests via banking partner gateways (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI).
  • Verifying merchant identity and fulfilling statutory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Generating API keys, verifying HMAC signatures, and monitoring server communication.
  • Sending critical transaction alerts, low wallet balance notifications, and technical system updates.
  • Detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent transactions or unapproved system access.

03. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We respect your information and do not sell or lease merchant records. Data is shared strictly under the following mandatory circumstances:

Banking & Network Partners

Necessary beneficiary account details and transaction amounts are securely routed through partner banks and NPCI network pipelines to execute payouts.

Legal & Regulatory Obligations

When compelled by court orders, statutory law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or Reserve Bank of India (RBI) mandates.

04. Data Security & Storage

We employ enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

  • Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3): All client-to-server API communications are transmitted over encrypted TLS channels.
  • Storage Security: Sensitive merchant credentials and payout tokens are encrypted using AES-256 standard protocols.
  • Access Controls: Strict role-based internal access controls (RBAC) and IP whitelisting mechanisms are enforced across our production infrastructure.

05. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our web portals use essential session cookies to maintain secure authenticated dashboard sessions, remember preferences, and protect against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. You may configure your web browser to reject cookies, though doing so may limit dashboard functionality.

06. Merchant Rights & Controls

Merchants using E2PAY HUB hold the following data rights:

  • Right to Access: Review your company details and transaction logs anytime from the merchant dashboard.
  • Right to Rectification: Update inaccurate business contact details or updated banking information through official support verification channels.
  • Data Retention: Statutory banking regulations require us to maintain payout transaction records for a mandatory audit period (minimum 5-7 years) prior to purge.
